Why Outdoor Furniture Rugs Matter

How can I encourage my basement art room?
I'm organized, which is not the problem. The room is, say, 10 by 10. I have a wall with shelves the conclusion of all my accounts, well-organized. (I have a pearl jewelry business). Another wall is my desk and a small television in a library. The third wall has a closet to take the entire wall, and the fourth side of the room is where the stairs are located. The room is white (and probably not allows you to paint as we are moving next year). I have a beautiful craft table from Ikea in the center, Brown at a low cost indoor / outdoor carpet free. The room is pretty cool - I use a spaceheater but fear still working in that room. I have just taken things above and does it in bed or in the lounge. What can I do to the room to make it more pleasant to be in? I have a small decorative mirror on the wall, and a colorful work of art that I paint chips in another. What else can I do to make the room more attractive / hot / nice?
